Melissa is a New York based, multifaceted theater artist who inspires others to be themselves by bringing a sense of humor to her work as well as critical thinking through a creative lens.
She is a graduate of Boston Conservatory at Berklee with a BFA in Musical Theatre and has trained in different styles such as voice, tap, jazz, ballet, acting, stage combat, voice over, linklater, and shakespeare. besides showtunes, she also has a strong passion for vocal jazz and was in the Berklee Vocal Jazz Ensemble. Growing up on Long Island, Melissa spent her youth performing in Theater for Young Audience Regional Tours. Outside of performing she loves all things Disney, oat milk lattes, and Gilmore Girls!

Melissa is thrilled to be performing as Sally in A Charlie Brown Christmas Live in Concert at Spruce Peaks Arts in Stowe Vermont this winter with Gershwin Entertainment. This production was directed by Antoinette DiPietropolo and set to run December 12th-24th.
Melissa performed last holiday season in Harry Connick, Jr.’s The Happy Elf at The Argyle Theatre (Babylon, Long Island) as Ensemble/Onstage Swing (Covering Gilda & Norbert) and the dance captain

Melissa graduated Summa Cum Laude at Boston Conservatory at Berklee obtaining her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre.

Melissa directed the premier of the revised script of Dinner for the End of the World this spring at Boston Conservatory as part of the Directing Specialization.
Over the past year, she has directed two children's touring musical productions for Sunrise Theatre Company, assistant directed Camelot (small cast version) at Plaza Theatricals in Long Island NY and Everything Will Be Different: A Brief History of Helen of Troy at Boston Conservatory.
Melissa recently directed the Children's Theater Touring Production of Seussical TYA at Sunrise Theatre Company in Long Island. Her other credits include Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day at Sunrise.
These were both performed at public schools, community theaters, recreation centers and public libraries across Long Island and NYC.
Melissa also understudied roles and performed Mayzie La Bird in the Seussical TYA production.
